LONGWOOD, Fla. − The Flagler College women’s golf team finished in 11th place in a highly competitive field at the Peggy Kirk Bell Invitational which wrapped up Tuesday afternoon at the Alaqua Country Club (par 72; 5,934 yards). The Saints finished strong with a 337 which shaved five strokes off their second round total and finished with 1,019 strokes. Top-ranked (NCAA Division II Coaches Poll) Nova Southeastern University took home team honors with a 900 and was 12 strokes better than Daytona State College, the top-ranked team in the NJCAA.

WILSON, N.C. − The 21st-ranked (Golf World/NIKE Division II Coaches Poll) Flagler College men’s golf team leads the 15-team field by three strokes over the host school, 10th-ranked Barton College, in the Holiday Inn & Express Suites Barton College Intercollegiate held Monday at the Wilson Country Club (par 72; 6851 yards). The final round of the 36-hole tournament will be held tomorrow morning.
